Edwardian silk and lace onesie
Rare antique C. 1910s Edwardian era silk and lace combination undergarment, comprising of a chemise and drawers, with pink ribbon. Combination undergarments came about in the 1860s, replacing long chemises worn over separates. Cream silk body, ivory lace. draw string silk ribbon. Absolutely amazing condition. Sourced in Alabama. Antique lingerie is becoming increasingly rarer to come by, especially in this condition. Shell and floral pattern in lace. Note: the last photo shows the back of the garment laid flat. Note: model is an xs, and it is not pinned. fits a range of sizes depending on desired fit. she is a 32" bust and 25" waist.

Excellent for age, almost mint aside from a less than .05 cm break in an areao of the lace. This item was found in a collection, in a trunk in Alabama unopened since 1926. Ready to wear.
