Early 1930s NRA Label silk satin gown

A rare NRA label 1930s gown made of inky black silk satin with an art deco silkver buckle. Crosses at back. The National Recovery Administration was a voluntary program under FDR which existed only from 1933-1935; this particular dress has the blue eagle on its tag which means it was made between those two years. in 1935 the program was deemed unconstitutional.

Great; we had this fully restored and all seams mended. There are a few places that show wear to the satin that comes with age. It is strong and wearable
