1930s vermillion crepe gown

1930s hammered crepe evening gown. Inset bias with cowl neck. Low back, so Art Deco.

Condition 

good condition for age, not mint. Structurally wonderful one small mend at bust that is noticeable to naked eye but small. Two inner safety clips underneath each shoulder that I believe someone may have used to hook a bra at one point. Being sold as acquired. I usually mend everything and hand wash however this would likely bleed and I didn’t want to mend this to take away from the beauty of the front.
