Rust colored sheer silk chiffon cap sleeve ruffled blouse with all original glass buttons c. 1930s.

Though measurements go up to a medium size, I recommend this for a XS/S so there is a little room 

bust 38 as bust is blouson 

waist 28” ( as tight as 24” with tie )

condition 

Great condition for age, our seamstress went over all seams to strengthen as well as reinforced all loops. A little area where edge is raw on collar but can be tucked in.
