 a gorgeous and very inspirational 1920s / 1930s multi - colored scalloped paneled silk velvet gown from France. Side opening

good; there are some spots on skirt, they are well hidden by enormity of fabric. Structurally very strong. There is a surplus of fabric on one panel on the front chest where there used to be a floral attachment. It could be mended and taken up easily. This could be worn or used for design
