1930s panne velvet studded gown

a rare 1930s deep brown silk velvet gown with large cleopatra inspired nailhead studded collar.

condition 

Overall great, has been mended at bottom and near waist seam. Collar is in great condition with very minor tarnishing. Missing original belt, loops still in tact could add a belt.
