Antique 1940s paste warm rhinestone necklace set

A rare paste set from the 1940s. Prong set warm yellow and smoky grey crystals. Oval and round cut. This set was made during wartime, when resources were more scarce and crystals became worn by high society. It is beautiful and resembles old mine diamonds. Comprised of the necklace and brooch.
